Conscious City Guide is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, you will be the lead channel in business development and secure relationships with high volume experience and commercial brand partners. In this role, you will have strategic goals and work directly with our founder.

who you are:

  • A purpose driven leader who has built businesses & highly engaged communities in new media + content, entertainment, social networks or e-commerce, preferably high growth and scalable experience

  • track record of driving revenue, growth and innovation

  • Well rounded business development expertise with expertise in sales, client + account management, partnerships, deal structuring, and marketing are a plus

  • Data Centric: fluent in data + numbers, holds the team accountable to metrics and results

  • Strong people, mediation & communication skills with capability of building relationships, gaining buy-in and communicating both macro concepts & micro details effectively

  • A network in the health & wellness, branded consumer, or media space is a definite plus but not a requirement

what you will do:

  • Be the lead in the growth and expansion plans of the company

  • Directly and positively impact CCG’s revenue stream across the Experience Platform (booking + ticketing platform) and Changency (internal agency, content + experience production) with P&L responsibility

  • Build strategic, lasting & revenue generating partnerships. Prospect and lead the successful acquisition & integration of:

  • experience partners across high value segments (festivals, venues, conferences, institutes & properties) fueling CCG’s inventory

  • brand partners for Changency services & products (content & experience products, sponsorship, production)

  • media partnerships for CCG original and community content to fuel reach

  • Build and lead a team across Partnerships + Account Management, Marketing and Community Support roles

  • Oversee all channel/partner development. Establish a robust pipeline of partners for each channel and monitor that pipeline to create sustainable growth. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to fuel our growth

  • Structure & negotiate partnership agreements creatively to deliver highest value for CCG. Design and implement tools and processes to acquire & convert partners efficiently

  • Develop quarterly plans, including revenue forecasting and build upon key metrics for success, revenue, customer acquisition and retention

  • Create a sales outreach process including developing pitch materials with marketing and communications to convert potential partners

  • Cultivate relationships with partners and troubleshoot partner experience issues to maximize ongoing loyalty

  • Coordinate on-going research of the industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new strategies and solutions

  • Active participation in conscious lifestyle +  community events, industry conferences, authentically live the lifestyle while generating leads

Community INtern

The Conscious City Guide Community Intern will assist the Community Manager in replying to requests and inquiries from our event producers. This person will be needed 5-10 hours per week to handle administrative tasks that keep the CCG community flowing.

Duties include:

+ Creating and editing event pages

+ Replying to feature requests

+ Creating hub pages

+ Selecting and notifying scholarship ticket winners

+ Updating our community page

+ Optimizing event pages

+ Replying to general help inquiries from email and social media

+ Identifying and solving technical and design opportunities and issues

+ Tracking the status of technical issues with our tech team

+ Update CCG Instagram stories with weekly events 

Our Community Intern must:

+ Have excellent written communication skills

+ Be tech savvy and able to learn our platform quickly

+ Be able to respond to inquiries from our community in a timely, efficient manner

+ Be interested in leading a conscious lifestyle

design INtern

The Conscious City Guide design Intern will assist the creative director in social media design & evengt beautification. This person will be needed 4-10 hours per week to learn and create media .

Duties include:

+ designing event pages

+ designing & animating Instagram stories

+ designing email newsletters & online graphics

Our design Intern must:

+ Have an eye for typography, photography & design

+ be proficient in adobe photoshop + after effects

+ Be interested in leading a conscious lifestyle

+ be based in Los angeles
